No-Call Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of RepstackHQ's managed review response service. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

RepstackHQ provides an operator-led managed review response service for businesses using Google Business Profile. The service may include a free written review sample, monitoring for new reviews, drafting AI-assisted responses for your approval, posting approved responses on your behalf, and delivering periodic reporting.

RepstackHQ is not a law firm, legal services provider, medical provider, or HIPAA business associate. We do not promise improvements to ratings, search performance, review volume, leads, revenue, or any other Google or business outcome.

2. Account and Access Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enroll the business. You agree to provide accurate business information. The free written review sample uses public profile information; if paid posting support is agreed later, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate Google Business Profile permissions without sharing passwords.

3. Payment Terms

Current public pricing is shown on the homepage pricing section, Plans & Setup page, and/or Stripe-hosted checkout at the time you purchase. Standard public plans are Starter at $197/month and Growth at $397/month. RepstackHQ may also offer a $147 paid 14-day pilot and a $497 one-time Review Cleanup Sprint. If a written offer, pilot, or proposal states different pricing, that written offer controls. Payments are processed through Stripe.

New clients may be eligible for a free written review sample, a paid 14-day pilot, or another written offer as presented during onboarding. Monthly plans renew monthly and may be cancelled by providing 30 days' written notice to hello@repstackhq.com. Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins because work starts after onboarding. Paid pilots and cleanup sprints are generally refundable only before onboarding, review, or drafting work begins; billing errors will be reviewed if reported promptly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for deceptive, fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading business practices; to manipulate reviews; to violate Google policies; or to submit false information about your business or customers.

5. Business Data and Response Content

You retain ownership of your business data, Google Business Profile content, and posted response content. You grant RepstackHQ a limited license to use that data only to provide the service.

6. Third-Party Services

The service may interact with Google Business Profile, Stripe, AI model providers, Google Workspace email, and messaging tools used for approvals. RepstackHQ is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. RepstackHQ is not responsible for changes to third-party platforms, policies, APIs, or availability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. RepstackHQ does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or any particular business outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepstackHQ's total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to RepstackHQ in the one month before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

RepstackHQ may suspend or terminate access upon reasonable notice, or immediately if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm RepstackHQ, other users, or third-party platforms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
