Terms of Service
1. Service Description
RepstackHQ provides an operator-led managed review response service for businesses using Google Business Profile. The service may include a free written review sample, monitoring for new reviews, drafting AI-assisted responses for your approval, posting approved responses on your behalf, and delivering periodic reporting.
RepstackHQ is not a law firm, legal services provider, medical provider, or HIPAA business associate. We do not promise improvements to ratings, search performance, review volume, leads, revenue, or any other Google or business outcome.
2. Account and Access Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enroll the business. You agree to provide accurate business information. The free written review sample uses public profile information; if posting support is agreed later, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate Google Business Profile permissions without sharing passwords.
3. Payment Terms
Current public pricing is shown on the homepage pricing section, Plans & Setup page, and/or Stripe-hosted checkout at the time you purchase. The standard public plan is $99/month per location. If a written offer, pilot, or proposal states different pricing, that written offer controls. Payments are processed through Stripe. New clients may be eligible for a free written review sample, the free founding pilot while spots remain, or another written offer as presented during onboarding.
Free founding pilot. RepstackHQ offers a free 14-day founding pilot to the first 3 businesses we accept. The offer is limited to one pilot per business, covering one location, and we may decline any request at our discretion, for example if the business isn’t a good fit or the spots are filled. The pilot starts on the date we confirm your setup by email and ends 14 days later. During the pilot we draft replies to new Google reviews posted during the pilot, for your approval. Nothing posts without your approval, and we never ask for your Google password. No card is needed, and the pilot doesn’t turn into a paid plan automatically. To continue, you must sign up for the monthly plan through Stripe checkout. If you don’t, the pilot simply ends and you owe nothing. Either of us can end the pilot early by email. We’ll update this page when all founding spots are filled.
Pilot feedback and testimonials. At the end of the pilot we’ll ask you for short, honest feedback about your experience, good or bad. We ask every pilot client for this feedback, never only satisfied ones. Giving us a testimonial is optional. The pilot is free whether or not you give one, and nothing changes if your feedback is critical. If you agree, we may quote your feedback on repstackhq.com, in outreach emails and on social media, attributed as your full name, business name and city. We won’t change your words, we’ll show you the final quote before it is published, and every quote will carry a visible note that your business received a free 14-day pilot. You can ask us to remove your testimonial at any time by emailing hello@repstackhq.com, and we’ll stop using it and take it down from our website and social media within 7 days.
Google reviews. We do not ask founding-pilot clients for Google reviews, and nothing about the pilot depends on whether you leave one. If you ever choose to review RepstackHQ on Google or anywhere else, please share your honest opinion and mention that you received a free pilot. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to post an honest review of RepstackHQ, positive or negative.
Monthly plans. The monthly plan is $99 per location and renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@repstackhq.com or, once provided, through the self-serve billing link in your Stripe receipt. If we receive your cancellation before your next renewal date, you won’t be charged again, and service continues through the end of the month you’ve paid for. We’ll confirm cancellation by email within 1 business day. We don’t give partial refunds for a month already started, except under our delivery guarantee. We’ll email you at least 14 days before any price change takes effect. If we miss the delivery deadline described in our Refund Policy, we’ll refund that month’s payment in full as described there. Billing errors will be reviewed if reported promptly.
Legacy $147 pilot. We no longer sell the $147 paid pilot. If you paid the $147 pilot fee, the terms in effect when you paid still apply to you, with one improvement: you can request a full refund of that fee at any time by emailing hello@repstackhq.com, even if we already delivered reply drafts. This replaces the earlier rule that the fee was non-refundable after the first batch.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for deceptive, fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading business practices; to manipulate reviews; to violate Google policies; or to submit false information about your business or customers.
RepstackHQ drafts responses to existing reviews. It does not write, buy, solicit, filter or remove reviews for clients. We won't draft responses that threaten, intimidate or make false accusations against reviewers, or that offer reviewers anything of value to change or remove a review.
5. Business Data and Response Content
You retain ownership of your business data, Google Business Profile content, and posted response content. You grant RepstackHQ a limited license to use that data only to provide the service.
6. Third-Party Services
The service may interact with Google Business Profile, Stripe, AI model providers, Google Workspace email, and messaging tools used for approvals. RepstackHQ is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. RepstackHQ is not responsible for changes to third-party platforms, policies, APIs, or availability.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for the delivery guarantee in our Refund Policy and any other express commitment in these Terms, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. RepstackHQ does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or any particular business outcome.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepstackHQ’s total liability for all claims related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to RepstackHQ in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100. Neither party is liable to the other for lost profits or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. These limits do not apply to (i) refunds we owe under our Refund Policy or these Terms, (ii) your obligation to pay fees you owe, or (iii) liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
9. Termination
RepstackHQ may suspend or terminate access upon reasonable notice, or immediately if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm RepstackHQ, other users, or third-party platforms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and both parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms or our policies by posting a new version with a new effective date. Changes apply from that date forward and don’t change the terms of any pilot, payment or billing month that began before it. For active monthly plans, we’ll email you at least 14 days before a material change takes effect; if you don’t agree, you can cancel before it does.
