Client approval channel

During onboarding, RepstackHQ confirms the approval channel for drafts, edits, rejections, and escalation notes. Approval may happen by email or another agreed written channel.

Billing and checkout

After the free audit and fit check, RepstackHQ can send a Stripe-hosted checkout link for the trial or selected plan. Card data is handled by Stripe, not collected directly on this website.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund handling follow the current written offer and Terms of Service. If anything is unclear, email support before starting a paid plan.

Do I need to share my Google password?

No. Do not send passwords. The free audit uses public profile information. If posting support is needed later, RepstackHQ will discuss safer access practices during onboarding.

Ready to pay or start?
Does payment mean RepstackHQ can post automatically?

No. Payment starts the trial or plan; it does not remove the approval requirement. Public responses still require client approval before posting.

Can RepstackHQ handle negative reviews?

RepstackHQ can draft careful owner responses when appropriate. Sensitive or high-risk reviews are flagged for escalation before any public reply is posted.
