Privacy Policy
What We Collect
When you sign up for Repstack, we collect:
- Business information: Your business name, Google Business Profile URL, and business category.
- Contact information: Your name and email address.
- Voice profile data: The answers you provide in our onboarding form — communication style, preferred phrases, escalation preferences. This is how we write responses that sound like you.
- Review content: Text from Google reviews posted on your business profile. This is third-party data sourced from Google and is not created or stored by us beyond what's needed to draft and post responses.
- Billing information: Your subscription plan and payment status. Card numbers and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not collect data from your customers.
How We Use It
We use your data for one purpose: to provide the Repstack review response service. That means:
- Reading your reviews and drafting responses in your voice
- Sending you approval batches via WhatsApp
- Posting approved responses to your Google Business Profile
- Generating your monthly report card
- Communicating with you about your account
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for anything beyond the service you signed up for.
Who We Share It With
We share data with the following third parties, solely to operate the service:
- Anthropic — We send review text and your voice profile to Anthropic's Claude API to generate draft responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their data handling: anthropic.com/privacy.
- Stripe — Handles all payment processing and subscription billing. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems: stripe.com/privacy.
- Resend — Delivers transactional emails (welcome messages, monthly reports, account notifications): resend.com/privacy.
No other third parties receive your data.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days in case you want to return or need records. After 30 days, we permanently delete your voice profile, review queue history, and account information.
Your Rights
You can contact us at any time to:
- Access the data we have on your business
- Correct anything that's inaccurate
- Request deletion of your data (even before the 30-day window)
We'll respond within 5 business days.
Security
Your data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to Repstack's service operations. We do not share credentials or account access beyond what's required to post review responses on your behalf.
