Refund Policy

$147 Pilot: Full refund if you cancel before we deliver your first batch of reply drafts. After the first batch is delivered, the pilot is non-refundable. It's a one-time charge and never starts a subscription.

Monthly plans: Cancel anytime and you won't be billed for the next month. No partial refunds for a month already started.

Our guarantee: If we fail to deliver as promised (e.g., the first batch is more than 3 business days late), we'll refund you in full.

How: Email hello@repstackhq.com. Refunds go to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
